Third-party websites, search engines, publishers, review platforms, and social networks independently control their own content and ranking systems.

Repusurance cannot guarantee that any third party will remove, modify, suppress, rank, or otherwise change content.

Reputation Management Services

Where Repusurance provides tools or services intended to help manage reputation-related content, you authorize us to perform the actions expressly permitted by your selected service.

You represent that you have the necessary rights, authority, and permissions to request actions relating to the accounts, websites, brands, businesses, or information you submit.

You must not use Repusurance to:

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Repusurance and its officers, employees, affiliates, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Services.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Repusurance's total aggregate liability arising from the Services will not exceed the greater of:
